Faculty & Staff

Our faculty are exceptional teacher-scholars equally committed to the achievement of our students and the advancement of our profession. As teachers, they mentor the future teachers, counselors, and administrators who will educate our children and lead our schools. As researchers, they engage with contemporary educational theory and practice through scholarship that explores critical issues and addresses local community needs. As professionals, they advocate for positive, research-based change in educational programs, practice, and policy.

Utilizing their expertise in K–12 content areas and best practices for effective classroom teaching, our faculty members prepare future teachers who are recognized across the region as well prepared to lead both classrooms and educational advocacy. Bringing together diverse perspectives and experiences for the benefit of our students, our faculty members are unified in their commitment to education as the key to empowering individuals and advancing society.
